Day at the Circus

It was my daughter, Daisy’s birthday last week and with her birthday money she insisted that she wanted to go to the circus. Paulo’s Circus Americano was down on the beach lawns in Weston super Mare from last week till Sunday. I must admit that at the tender age of 31, I have never been to the circus in my life, although my mom would disagree and says she took me when she was little. (She didn’t though!)

We went on Saturday and it was really good. There were hula hooping girls, a wheel of death, funny clowns that balanced on stuff, Spiderman on a rope, this amazing woman who span objects around on her feet while lying on her back and a man balancing on a ladder then jumping off. It was really very good and the whole show lasted 2 hours. The sideview seats were perfect and the kids had a lovely time, and so did the adults!
